Sisters of Synergy provided comprehensive and coordinated services that ultimately create a pathway of success for North Minneapolis youth ages 18-24 through an innovative fall young adult entrepreneurship training and development model called the Northside Entrepreneurship Project.

Healing Enlightenment Intake- One on One Virtual Assessments and Recommendation for ongoing counseling
Group Therapy- Cultivating a solution, coping strategies, and gaining life skills. One hour before training
Entrepreneurship Training - Develop youth tailored entrepreneurship training curriculum and facilitate 30 hours of training workshops to 30 young adults from
Technical Assistance - Provide 2 hours of technical assistance (TA) to each young entrepreneurship group (10 Young Adult total) each week for six weeks from
Business Development – Assist young adults with business knowledge, business idea, industry, and 10 steps to starting a successful business; through the 30 hours of entrepreneurship training and 36 hours of TA.
Business Mentorship- SOS Members provide industry level business shadowing opportunities.
Shark Tank Challenge- Provide industry level judges for contest of best 3 out of 30 business idea and prototype. 1st ,2nd, and 3rd place prize.
VIP Showcase - 1st Place will be featured at Sisters of Synergy Winter Black History Vision Expo and will have the chance to sell their product or service.
